With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Fletcher Gray of Big Canoe, Georgia, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, David Fletcher is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that David Fletcher's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Gray and Winifred Fletcher Gray; his wife Carolyn Pound; his children, Lynne Ann Gray Dorman and David James Gray; and his grandson David Andrew Dorman.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the BIG Canoe Chapel (226 Wolfscratch Vlg Cir, Jasper, GA 30143).
