He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Bowen; his sons, David D., Jr. (Tammy Bowen) and Derek (Michelle Bowen); his grandchildren, Mikayla Bowen, Ethan Bowen and Brightyn Bowen; and his siblings, Sandra Jeffords, Sonya (Bubba Roberts) and Jimmy Bowen.
