He was predeceased by: his parents, James B Blake and Pauline Blake (Citrano); and his brother J. Brooke Blake (Linda) of Roswell, GA. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Blake (Bannon); his children, Karen Blake Dewling (Rob) of Cumming, GA, Daniel Blake (Dawn) of Reisterstown, MD and Gregory Blake (Brenda) of Burke, VA; his siblings, John Henry Blake (Helen) of Brighton, Raymond Blake (Brenda Ripley) of Susan and Marianne Reininger (Michael) of Relay, MD; and his grandchildren, Robert Dewling (Dailey), Madalyn Dewling, Lily Trapkin, Nicholas Blake, William Blake, Caralyne Blake, Aidan Blake, Gwendolyn Blake, Trent Blake and Rafe Blake.
