With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mavis Woods Darnell of Bethlehem, Georgia, born in Trion, Georgia, who passed away on October 14, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carlton and Hazel Stephens Woods; and her husband Perry Darnell. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Darnell of Monroe, Jeff Darnell (Amy) of Buckhead, Michael Darnell (Cheryl) of Bethlehem and Vicky Adams (Joey) of Dacula; and her grandchildren, Virginia Hatcher (Hayden), Katelynn Darnell, Grace Adams, Kyle Darnell, Ella Adams and Colt Darnell.
