She is survived by: her husband Butch Evans; her children, Donald Ruark, Kimberly Ruark, Tammy Reece and Christel Adams; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Bubba, Jason, Nick, Casey, Harley, Trinity, Chasity, Booter and Hayden. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
