He is survived by: his mother Helen Harshaw of Washington; his daughter Amari Fellows (Devin) of Nabb, Indiana; his sisters, Shelia Crumbie (Tyron), Denise of Washington and April of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Gauge and Lennox Fellows; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Beatty (Dustin), MaryHelen Mulvey, Lavin Carter and Ahmad Wearren, Jr. (Ajay). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
