He was predeceased by: his parents, Kennard Kenworthy and Joyce Craig Kenworthy. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kenworthy of Bethlehem; his children, Jodi Snow of Forth Worth, TX and Sean Kenworthy of Marietta; and his grandchildren, Aaron Snow, Andrew Snow, Adam Kenworthy and Emily Kenworthy.
