He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Robertson, Evelyn Pender and Theodore Shatto; and his father-in-law Michael Procaccini, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Denise Pender; his grandfather Robert Pender, Sr. of Panama City, FL; his mother Tanya Newton; his stepfather Lawrence of Panama City, FL; his father John Lynn Pender, Sr.; his stepmother Ptlene of Atlanta; his sisters, Tatom Pender of Alpharetta, Elizabeth Hesseltine (Joshua) of Enterprise, AL and Claire Newton of Panama City, FL; his brother-in-law Michael Procaccini, Jr. (Jeanne-Marie) of Hamilton Square, NJ; his mother-in-law Denise Procaccini of Dacula; his godson Aidan; and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Dylan, Marco, Katherine, Michael and Olivia. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
