He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Casper and Vera Dean Casper; his wife Jo Ann Casper; and his son Mark Casper. He is survived by: his children, Marty Casper (Debbie) of Bethlehem and Bonnie Mize (Lee) of Winder; and his sisters, Linda Miller of Bethlehem and Jean Conner of Monroe, Georgia.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
