She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Townsend and Wylene Townsend; and her siblings, Laverne and Wayne Townsend. She is survived by: her husband W. Burney Ivey Jr.; her daughter Laticia; her son-in-law Eric Hardin; her son Jason Ivey; her grandchildren, Erica and Matthew Hardin; and her siblings, Arlene Kittle, Patsy Bryant and Randall Townsend. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Salacoa Baptist Church (100 Collins Pl, Waleska, GA 30183).
