He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Rigby, Jr. and Esther Virginia Everett Rigby; and his siblings, Carey Everett and Andy Rigby. He is survived by: his wife Jean Pyle Rigby of Bethlehem; his sons, Joshua Rigby of Winder and Michael Rigby (Shelby) of Winder; his sister Debra Gasaway of Winder; his grandchildren, Kimberly Rigby of Houston, TX, Caleb Rigby of Statham, Whitley Rigby of Statham, Marley Porter of Winder and Karli Porter of Winder; and his great grandchild Winter Rose Siddons of Houston, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maddox-Carter Memorial (265 GA Hwy 211, Winder, GA 30680). A burial will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at the Barrow Memorial Gardens (793 Atlanta Hwy SE, Winder, GA 30680).
