It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carlton Albert Laporte of Bethlehem, Georgia, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton LaPorte and Jeanne Morache LaPorte; and his daughter Lisa Leiter. He is survived by: his wife Ella Pfaffenbach LaPorte of Bethlehem; his daughters, Tama Henriksen of Bethlehem, Lori Thrasher of Bethlehem and Jennifer LaPorte of Bethlehem; his siblings, Brian LaPorte (Nicki) of St. Augustine, Peter LaPorte (Nilza) of Ft, Alan LaPorte (Francine) of Ft. Lauderdale and Nannette Crane (Gene); and his granddaughters, Emily Meek, Sarah Henriksen, Jessica Beck and Alyssa Henriksen. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
