He was predeceased by: his father Carlos Gutierrez, Sr.; his grandson Ezra Bueno; and his brother Jonathan Gutierrez. He is survived by: his mother Oralia Ceballos De Gutierrez; his wife Jennifer Davenport Gutierrez; his children, Georgia, Charlie, Tyler, Abigail, Charles, Shannon and Carlos; and his siblings, Randy, Michelle, Miguel (Vicki) and Joshua (Hayley).
