He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Ann Fox Moore; and his parents, JC Moore and Joyce Bassett Moore. He is survived by: his children, April Clark (Jeff) of Bethlehem, Jessica Boyd (Paul Land) of Monroe, Natasha Hosch of Monroe, Leslie Moore of Monroe and Carlis Chadwick Moore (Alyssa) of Monroe; and his former wife Dwanda Rogers. He is also survived by eight siblings, ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
