He is survived by: his parents, Erin Matthews Clark and Nicholas Fortner; his stepfather Bret Clark; his grandfathers, John Nussberger of Milledgeville and Harry Fortner; his siblings, Kayla Haney of Winder, Emily Haney of Winder and Ethan Haney of Winder; his uncles, Chris Matthews of Milledgeville and Jeremy Fortner (Courtney) of Tavares, Florida; and his cousins, Mae Matthews and Gavin Fortner.
