He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn T. Moore, Sr. and Florence Pauline Greene Moore; the mother of his children Betty Ann Moore; and his sisters, Latrelle Smith, Janice Lassiter and Betty Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Louise Clark Moore of Berlin; his daughters, Cindy Rowan (Scott) of Oxford, Georgia and Crystal Lynn Moore of Berlin; his stepchildren, Rodney Wilson (Gummie) of Nevada and Kimberly Autrey (Heath) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Claire Rowan and Ella Rowan; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Wilson, Emily Wilson, Kristin Spargo, Brianna Wilson, Haley Wilson, Korrine Murillo, Corri Autrey and Cody Autrey; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Georgia, Allie and Brella; his sisters, Mary Alice Howell of Thomasville and Norma Jean Conger of Moultrie; and his brother-in-law Carl Hayes of Moultrie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
