He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Loran Adams Sr. and Thelma Croft Erskine; and his siblings, Tommy Adams, Rebecca Faith and Sandra Bruch.
He is survived by: his son Jack L. Adams III (Leslee) of Moultrie; his granddaughter Madison Adams of Moultrie; his siblings, Lynda Denham (J. W.), Debra Herrington (Don), Danny Erskine and Ricky Erskine; his sister-in-law Patty Adams; and his close friends, Kay and Scott Bivins.
