We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2021, at the age of 78, William Wendell Carter of Baxley, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Carter and Dimple Bennett Carter. He is survived by: his wife Carol Peacock Carter of Baxley; his daughter Janet; his son-in-law Jack Patton of Baxley; his siblings, Joyce (Pat Williams), Betty Horne of Baxley, Darrell (Wanda Carter) and Everett Carter of Baxley; his grandchildren, Hope Pittman (Kyle) of Lyons and Gage Patton of Baxley; and his great grandchildren, Greer Pittman of Lyons and Granger Pittman of Lyons. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
