He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wanda Lou Rogers Spivey; his siblings, Arnold Spivey and Norma Jean Spivey; his mother Betty Jean Miles Spivey of Alma; his children, Thomas Joshua Spivey (Valarie) of Hazlehurst, GA. and Tonia Jean Gonzalez (Joshua) of California; and his sisters, Judith Allen and Janet McKinney of Colorado. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
