Williams; his children, Jesika Munford (Dee) of Garner, NC and Justin Carter of Riverview, FL; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Micah and Brady; his siblings, Billy, Tommy, Steve Carter and Miriam Carter of Baxley; his niece Monica Knisley (Dustin) of Lutz, FL; his nephew Will Carter of Baxley; and his great-nephew Maverick.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church (9565 Blackshear Hwy, Baxley, GA 31513). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
