He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith of Baxley; his daughters, Rebecca (Josh Gardner) and Katlyn (Kevin Thompson); his stepson Michael (Tabitha Thomas); his brother Andy (Carolyn Smith); and his grandsons, Cooper, Lincoln Gardner, Kixton, Kaden Thompson, Levi, Connor and Landon Thomas.
