He was predeceased by: his wife Betty June Bullard; his son Ronald "Chad" Bullard; his parents, R. B. "Ben" Bullard, Sr. and Ida McKinney Bullard; and his siblings, Loretta Lightsey, Benez Hart, Lilly Webb, Evelyn Lewis and R. B. "Bennett" Bullard Jr..
He is survived by: his son Jeffery Bullard (Sherri); his daughter-in-law Teresa Bullard; his grandchildren, Marrisa Yawn (Brandon), Brennan Bullard (Sarah), Amber Robinson (James "Jimbo"), JonMorgan Bullard of Ronald and Spencer James Bullard of Washington, D. C; and his sister Laura Spivey of Baxley.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Midway Baptist Church Cemetery (174 Midway Church Rd, Baxley, GA 31513).
