He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Robert Lee Churchville and Vera Inez Smith Churchville; and his siblings, Mary Tamplin and Lewis P. Churchville. He is survived by: his wife Joyce L. Churchville of Baxley; his children, Fonda Dixon (Lesley) of Brunswick and Lee Churchville (Debra) of Vidalia; and his grandson Wendall Peebles of Lyons.
