He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Murle Hill Sapp; his daughter Cheryl Porter; his son-in-law Marion Porter of Charleston, SC.; his sisters, Clovis Johnson of Kentucky and Carolyn Sellers of Graham; his granddaughters, Mandy Newman of Charleston, SC., Amanda Taylor of Charleston, SC. and Samantha Shook of Charleston, SC.; and his great grandchildren, Quston Taylor, Haylee Newman, Andrew Wells, Adaline Shook, Kloe Shook, Alexa Taylor, Zelia Shook and Myah Shook. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
