He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Harrell and Lovie Walker Harrell; his wife Dorothy Lee Usher Harrell; and his brothers, James Harrell, Elden Harrell and William Head.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Odom of Waynesboro, Tammy Lairsey of Baxley, Ricky Harrell of Waynesboro, Tony Harrell of Baxley and Bruce Harrell of White Oak; and his brother Emory Head of Baxley. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
