She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry D. Knight and Lila Mae Harper Knight; her husband Kenneth Lester Bedgood; her son Timothy Allen Taylor; her son-in-law Jimmy Chitty; and her siblings, Henry Knight, Jr., Jack Knight, William Knight, Addie Mae Wasdin, Martha Forbes and Shirley Smoak.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine T. Griffin (Matt) of Odum, Holly T. Carter of Baxley, Wendy T. Chitty of Baxley, Darrell Taylor (Susan) of Baxley and David Taylor (Peggy) of Baxley; her stepchildren, Roxanne Pierce of Rincon, Andy Bedgood (Marie) of Rincon and Mitchell Bedgood of Atlanta; her sisters, Betty Thomas of Baxley and Laura Archuleta (Archie) of Mt. Airy; her sister-in-law Esther Knight; and her grandchildren, Josh Griffin (Amanda), Jessica Griffin, Leslie Reynolds (Derek), Ryan Taylor (Shandale), Jordan Taylor (Chris), David Carter, Brooke Cannon (Bill), Taylor Chitty (Brittany) and Jamie Chitty.
