He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clennon Carter and Doris Irene Rentz Carter; and his brother Larry D. Carter. He is survived by: his sons, Blake Carter (Ashley) and Brent Carter; the mother of his children Rhonda Carter; his grandsons, Colton and Cason Carter; his brother Ronald Carter (MaryAnn); and his sister-in-law Connie Carter.
