He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Batten of Baxley; his children, Gene Batten of Alma and Shirley Batten of Arlington, TX; his granddaughters, Danielle Taylor (Seth) and Heather Soto (Rafa); his great grandchildren, Logan Childers, Ian Taylor and Reid Taylor; and his siblings, Jimmy Lynch of Alma, Irene Wilbanks of Henry, TN and Hilda Nunez of Fernandina Beach, FL..
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Nobles Funeral Home (85 Anthony St, Baxley, GA 31513).
