He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Guy Ware and Nettie Marie Kennedy Ware; his siblings, Catherene Ware Mills, Lester Ware, Warren Ware, Robert Ware, Hiram Ware, Harry Ware and Paul Ware; and his daughter-in-law Teresa Taylor Ware.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Miles Ware; his daughter Melanie; his son-in-law Terry Howard; his son Kevin of Baxley; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Ware of Baxley; his grandchildren, Courtney Ware Boatright (Tyler), Morgan Ware Davis (Thomas), Trent Michael Ware and Jacob "Jake" Edward Howard; and his great grandchildren, Annaleigh Davis, Aubrianna Davis, Trace Davis, John Maverick Davis, Olivia Boatright and Jace Boatright.
