He is survived by: his wife Peggy Mills of Baxley; his daughters, Francis Carmen of North Carolina, Denise Molter of North Carolina and Jenise Barker of North Carolina; his stepdaughters, Tammy Pendarvis (Johnny) of Baxley and Janet Carter (Clay) of Alma; his siblings, Annette Richards and Vann Mills (Carolyn); his stepgrandchildren, Dustin Pendarvis (Haley), Jon Thomas Pendarvis, Brock Pendarvis, Maggie Carter and Jack Carter; his stepgreat-granddaughter Emma Pendarvis; his siblings-in-law, Jeanna Young and Wendell Lightsey (Iona); his niece Megan Thornton (Spanky); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cade, Cooper, Cohen and Vann Mills, Jr. (Karen).
