She is survived by: her parents, Kristen Smith and Corey Griffin; her extended family, Patrick and Dr. Tonya Fordham; and her grandparents, Pepper McDaniel, Jason Griffin, Robert and Sylvia Smith.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home (1632 Hatch Pkwy N, Baxley, GA 31513). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
