It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Georgette Johnson (Baxley, Georgia), who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcel Hugonnot and Yvonne Louise Burnier Hugonnot. She is survived by: her husband Ray Johnson; her children, Keeva Kase (Lauren) of St. Simons Island and Colette Kase (Maya) of Merida; and her grandchildren, Ketch Simons Kase, Claire Hugonnot Kase of St. Simons Island, Judy Johnson, Baxley, Miriam Johnson, Grimal, France, Mark and Anne Kase.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Simons United Methodist Church (624 Ocean Blvd, St Simons Island, GA 31522). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Long Pond Cemetery (3590 US-221, Mt Vernon, GA 30445).
