He is survived by: his wife Kenda Hendrix of Macon; his sons, Christopher Andrew Hendrix (Megan) of Baxley, Jonathan Matthew Hendrix of Bedford, IN, Vernon Charles Alferink (Jessica) of Baxley and Claiborne Dewitt Alferink of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Mallory Alferink, Brooklyn Alferink of Baxley, Kadence Hendrix and Aria Hendrix of Bedford, IN; and his sisters, Carla Altman of Augusta and Marty Larsen of Baxley.
