He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Martin Smith, Sr. and Catheryn Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dinah Shore Patterson Smith of Baxley; his children, Donna Marie Crosby of Baxley, Debra Sue Griffis of Baxley, Pam Sanders of Forsyth, Janet Phillips of Jackson, Cathy Dunn of Forsyth, James Keilah Williams of Baxley and Gary Dewayne Williams of Baxley; and his siblings, Becky Smith of Forsyth and Harold Smith (Glenda) of Forsyth.
