He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Martin; and his siblings, David Martin and Linda Petrey. He is survived by: his children, Sam Martin (Alex) of Barwick, Jill Higgins (Brian) of Thomasville, David Gillette (Debbie) of Tallahassee, Laura Ackerman (Tom) of Quitman, Tommy Gillette (Debra) of Boston and Amy Krystyn (Jack) of Dothan; his grandchildren, Zack Martin, Luke Martin and Cole Higgins; and his sister Kara Goodson of Thomson, GA.. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
