She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fulton Howell Jr. and Martha Stephenson Howell of Barwick; and her brother James Lawrence Howell. She is survived by: her siblings, David Howell, Carol Peppers, Phillip Howell, Terry Howell and Patricia Flynn. She is also survived by her 7 nephews, 4 nieces, 9 great nephews and 1 great niece.
Family asks that COVID precautions be observed by all so that everyone attending may feel comfortable.
