He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilla Raines and Melvina Raines; and his son Joshua Farrer Raines. He is survived by: his children, Holly Oliver (Mike), Autumn Raines (Kenny) and Stephen Brandon Raines (Laura); his siblings, Della Rachels, Tilla Raines (Michael) and Thad Raines (Lora); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Landen, Jordan, Kaden, Lux, Aaliyah, Hannah and Kady. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins.
