We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2024, at the age of 84, Jerry Edwin Taylor of Bartow, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Dixie Newman Cook. He is survived by: his wife Daphne Taylor of Bartow; his children, Travis Aycock (Jimmy Magness) of Stockbridge, Eric Taylor (Jessica) of Buford and Mellony Jayroe (Mike) of Townville, S. C.; his grandchildren, Anna Taylor, Olivia Taylor, Cody Jayroe (Kaylyn), Kylie Jayroe, Joshua Jayroe (Frankie) and Kaitlyn Grace Aycock; his great grandchild Renleigh Jayroe; and his brother Bo McGouirk (Kitty). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
