He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Neal, Sr. and Nancy Snider Neal; his former wife Bonnie Neal; and his wife Violet Moore Neal. He is survived by: his sons, Tracy (Ann) of Wrens and Clay Neal (Karen) of Bartow; his grandchildren, Haleigh Brown (Hampton) of Louisville and Tyler Neal of Statesboro; his sister Jenny Maness (Jimmy) of Augusta; and also, Ray Bryant (Cindy), Randy Garrett (Laura), Shawn Jones (Amanda), Hodassah, Abigail, Stephen, Benjamin, Titus, Chanan Jones, Kyle Bryant (Charlie) and Bryar Bryant. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Because of the family's concern for public health and safety during this pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. The wearing of face masks is required.
