He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lofton Toulson and Martha Presley Toulson; his brother E. L. Toulson Jr.; and his daughter Cindy Greenway Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Joyce Toulson of Bartow; and his children, Debi Wilson (Stan) of Atlanta, Gail Lawler (Terry) of Greensboro, Randy Clark (Christina) of Anaconda, MT., Joye Richards (Jeff) of Augusta, Bea Cliatt (Tom) of Quincy, Ill, William Toulson (Patrice) of Louisville and Connie Proctor (Thomas). He is also survived by Twin City, 23 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
