She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Thomas Smith and Ruth May Josey; her siblings, Emory Smith, Josey Smith, Lamar Smith, Verlon Smith, Emily Smith and Margaret Smith; and her husband Billy Steve Todd.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Arrington of Bartow and Karen Arrington of Sandersville; her grandchildren, Rick Jackson and Danielle Bridges Cowart; her great grandchildren, Cole Jackson, Logan Jackson, Connor Cowart and Scott; and her sisters, Kay Meeks of Augusta and Gail Schroeder of Wisconsin.
