She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Rountree and Vinnie Lee Hall Rountree; and her siblings, Thomas Robert Rountree, Dorothy Ann Rountree Edwards and Thomas Roy Rountree Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Kara; her son-in-law Chet Mitchell of Barney; her grandchildren, Corey Mitchell (Maggie Sadler) of Barney, GA, Ethan Mitchell of Myrtle Beach, SC, Tyler Mitchell (Tayla Mitchell) of Barney, GA and Kaleb Mitchell (Katie Copenhaver) of Barney, GA; her sister Carolyn Rountree Sharpe of Barney; and her brother-in-law Roland Edwards. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Campground Cemetery.
