He is survived by: his wife Annette Daugherty of Barney, GA; his children, Clay Daugherty of Barney, GA, Blake Daugherty of Barney, GA and Beth Poholek (Chris) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Ryan Poholek (Victoria Lee) and Jacob Poholek; his brothers, Mike Daugherty (Marlene) of Hahira, GA and Steve Daugherty (Sandra) of Valdosta, GA; and his sister-in-law Frankye Daugherty of Valdosta, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family.
