She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Green and Esther Masters Green; her husband Evon Edward Rizer; her son James Edward Rizer; and her sisters, Nell Buchman and Frances Bennett.

Rizer of Barney, Yvonne Rizer Morris of Jupiter, FL and Angela; her son-in-law Randy Marshall of Barney; her granddaughters, Shauna (James Moran), Nichole Morris of Jupiter, FL, Ashlee (Blake Goolsby) and Kellee Marshall of Barney; her great grandchildren, Mia Boada of Jupiter, Anthony Angrisani of Jupiter, Lillee Goolsby of Barney, Dallas Goolsby of Barney, Mason Marshall of Barney and Braylin Moran of Wellington, FL; her brother Larry Green of Valdosta; and her friend David Newman of Newburgh, IN..
