He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace and Geneva Mullinax Lewis, Sr.. He is survived by: his nephew Matt Lewis (Joan) of Barney; his nieces, Patty Lewis of Quitman and Kathy Robinson of Pavo; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Paige Lewis of Barney, Shelly Robinson of Pavo, Dana Angeles of Quitman, Blake Robinson of Pavo, John Robinson, Jr. of Valdosta and Patrick Jordan of Valdosta.
