He is survived by: his wife Angie Forte of Barney; his sons, Cody Christopher Forte of Barney and Case Charles Forte of Barney; his parents, Charles Forte and Carol Ann Forte of Barney; his aunt Susan Forte of Barney; and his uncle Fritz Hayes of Alaska.
