He is survived by: his wife Chandler Touchton of Barney; his daughters, Anna Touchton, Stephan Milanes of Eureka, Emily Schenfisch and Tanner Schenfisch of Velva, ND; his grandchildren, Elias Milanes, Alexander Milanes and Rylynn Milanes; his sibling Elaine Bell of Knoxville, TN; his mother-in-law Martha Ann McCaskill of Tallahassee, FL; his siblings-in-law, Jodi Harbin of Washington, NC, Greg Harbin of Washington, NC, Rick McCaskill of Whigham, GA and Janet McCaskill of Whigham, GA; his nieces and nephews, Andrea Bell, Millie Murray, Alison Peters, David Bell, Ralph McCaskill and Sam Peters; and also Woody Bell of Knoxville, TN.
