He is survived by: his parent Nancy Cox McElreath; his children, Nancy Hobby, Ashley McElreath, Marty McElreath (Sabrina) and Walter Malcolm "Macky" McElreath IV; his wife Shannon; his significant other Salita "Mikki" Perry; his siblings, Robin Smith and Shane McElreath; and also, Russell Shane "Rusty" McElreath and Luke McElreath.
