He is survived by: his parents, Ola Mae Middlebrooks Daniel and Dennis Colbert; his children, Kionna Colbert, Kion Colbert and Kamia Colbert; his grandson Akyus Bivins; his goddaughters, Janiya Brazier and Janiece Brazier; his siblings, Chastity Kendall (Willie), Kornelius Bankston, Regis Colbert, Monterious Hurley, Jessica Prater, Gaston Colbert and Tisha Dugger; his aunts and uncles, Johnnie Mae Smith, Shelia Brown Colbert, Lynette Montgomery (Alan), Priscilla Colbert, Phyllis Colbert Loving, Joel Keith Colbert (Yolanda), Deborah Colbert Trice (Alfred), Horace Searcy, Shirley Little, James Nimes and Curtis Middlebrooks; and his great-aunts, Pearl Ivey, Willie Lee Ivey, Lillian Spivey, Wynette Williams and Mary Mallory. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
