She is survived by: her children, Nan Langley, Mildred Degner, Ronnie Maddox and David Maddox; her grandchildren, Lynn Cunningham (John), Susan Echols (Mike) and Terri Levine (Chris); her daughter Julie Smith (David Maddox); her grandchildren, Cindi Maddox, Greg Maddox and Taylor Maddox; and also, Barbara Boyd (Bradley), Michael Head (Elizabeth), Marty Mote (Cathy), Allen Mote, John-Michael, Mallory, Katie Cunningham, Jordan, Brandon Boyd (Crystal), Christopher Christian, Madison Lee (Tim), Nathan Head (Alexis), Hannah Head, Taylor Head, Felicia, Beth Mote, Little Robbie Mote (Sarah) and Brandon Mote (Jamie). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
